According to a Leger Marketing poll, less than half of Canadians trust real estate agents... the professionals who help them make decisions relating to one of their largest investments. The good news is that the level of trust has increased from previous Leger polls, which may be the result of greater industry regulation and training.

(On a personal note, I think it's a sad commentary on my profession that honesty and integrity have to be regulated.)
